Who We Are
Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited is a quintessential real estate and property development company backed by iconic national recognition as one of the top-selling firms in Nigeria. We are deliberate and intentional about providing consumer-centric lands that are strategically located to offer maximum comfort, security, and serenity for our customers.
Our lands feature high-quality topography and premium real estate products tailored to meet consumers' specific needs, maximizing their potential.
As of 23rd December 2022, we have acquired 890 hectares of land with genuine titles, valued at $380 million USD, across major cities in Lagos State.
Our lands are earmarked for housing development and other real estate asset categories in six out of the ten proposed estates under Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited. Additionally, we recently acquired 135 hectares for Aviation Town by Harmony Gardens, valued at ₦14 billion, for the development of housing, office, retail, logistics, and data center projects near the new Lekki-Epe International Airport.
Harmony Gardens & Estate Development Limited is recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and is also certified by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA).

Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Hon. (Dr.) Saheed Mosadoluwa—fondly known as the "Lagos Landlord"—the company began its journey with a singular mission: to redefine real estate standards and empower everyday people to own quality homes.
